Wednesday, March 3rd
5:00 - 7:00 pm		Breeding Cattle Check-In (papers only - cattle come in on Friday morning)
5:00 - 8:00 pm		Arrival of Market Steers, Market Swine, and Breeding Swine - Steers classified upon arrival and exhibitors issued a weight card
8:00 - 10:00 pm		Steers - Weigh and Classify Steers (no weight cards) NEW as of 3/1/10 Steers will also be retagged at this time
8:30 pm		Swine - weight cards and breed designations must be turned in to Swine Committee Chair
Thursday, March 4th
8:00 am		Market Swine Show (Duroc, Hampshire, OPB, Yorkshire, Crossbreed) Market Swine Showmanship Breeding Swine Show (Duroc, Hampshire, OPB, Yorkshire, Crossbreed) after Market Swine Show Breeding Swine Showmanship Release all Breeding Swine after the show Loadout of Market Hogs (exhibitors must stay to load their own project)
8:00 am		Arrival and weighing of Rabbits Market Rabbit Show followed by Market Rabbit Showmanship
8:00 - 9:00 am		Retagging of Market Steers NEW as of 3/1/10
1:00 pm		Market Steer Show (Brahman, Simbrah, MAS Simbrah, Santa Gertrudis, A.B.C., Charolais, Maine-Anjou, A.O.B.) time may be moved up to immediately follow Market Rabbit Show Market Steer Showmanship Loadout of Market Steers (exhibitors must stay to load their own project)
1:00 - 5:00 pm		Arrival of Ag Mechanics Projects NEW as of 3/1/10
4:00 pm		Disassembly of Hog Pens and reorganize Hog Barn for Lamb and Goat Show
6:00 pm		Set up Goat and Lamb Arenas
Friday, March 5th
6:00 - 9:00 am		Arrival of Breeding Goats, Market Goats, Market Lambs Arrival of Breeding Cattle
7:30 - 8:30 am		Weigh-in and Classify of Market Lambs (NEW - no weight cards this year)
8:00 am		Arrival and weighing of Market Poultry Market Poultry Show - immediately after weigh-in
8:30 am		Commercial Cattle weight cards must be turned in to Breeding Cattle Committee Chair
9:30 am		Market Goat weight cards must be turned in to Goat Committee Chair
10:00 am		Breeding Cattle Show Breeding Cattle Showmanship (Bulls & Heifers show together) Release all Breeding Cattle after the show
10:00 am		Market Lamb Show (Fine Wool, Fine Wool Cross, Southdown, Medium Wool) Breeding Sheep Show Sheep Showmanship (Market and Breeding exhibitors show together)
10:00 am		Breeding Goat Show Market Goat Show Goat Showmanship
3:00 pm		Judging of Ag Mechanics Projects  NEW as of 3/1/10 (non-auction projects removed after awards)
5:00 pm		Loadout of Market Lambs and Market Goats (exhibitors must stay to load their own project)
6:00 pm		Exhibitors must designate which animal they will sell following the Final Show.
Saturday, March 6th
9:00 am		Exhibitors pick-up Sale lot numbers
10:30 am		STAR Volunteer and Buyer Reception and Lunch
11:00 am		Presentation of Scholarships and Showmanship Awards
12:00 pm		STAR Premium Auction
Sunday, March 7th
TBA		Clean-up Loadout of all champion and reserve champion market animals kept for the Premium Auction
